What kind of services can I expect?
Regularly I manage the complete project. This includes an investigation of costs for services such as print, text and photography or programming. Additionally I work with an extensive network of experts.
Do I get the rights of use of your work?
The utilization rights of the designed and completed jobs are passed to you. This means you can continue your project at any time with any other graphic designer or agency. In rare cases, the utilization rights are comprised in the quotation.
Being a small agency, are you capable of dealing with major orders?
Should the case arise that an order exceeds my capacity, I will recommend a larger and appropriate trusted agency I successfully worked with in the past as a freelance graphic designer.

Being an independent graphic designer, I am your personal contact partner.
How can I find out if your way of working corresponds to my ideas?
If you find that the jobs presented on my website meet with your approval, this is a good base to start. An individual consultation meeting allows me to identify your objectives and needs. This initial meeting is free of charge. If required, I will prepare a quotation tailored to your ideas and wishes.
How can I imagine the design process?
To begin with, I will produce first drafts and raw versions. In the next step, the provided versions will be refined in mutual exchange. The creative process includes at least two alternative designs.
How long does the design process take?
The duration for completion depends on the complexity and scope of your order. However, I will always set a binding time frame according to your requirements.
What costs do I have to expect?
My quotation is based on a fixed hourly rate, which includes the specification and calculation of different working phases such as consulting, conception, first drafts, refinement with author’s correction, final art work, print delivery and print process. The final amount is binding. In case the originally defined services are extended in the course of the project, I will send you a new quotation in advance.
What will be the costs for additional services?
Usually printing, proof reading, signage production, text processing and complex image processing or web programming are considered additional costs. These services are outsourced to external experts. For the additionally arising expenses, I will provide a complete and transparent cost calculation.
